You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To receive credit, all products must:
1) be returned in their original packaging
2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.,
3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition.
If there is no defect has been reported and the customer simply no longer wants the item. Freight charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
In some cases, a reasonable restocking fee may be charged to customers for returned items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping costs are determined by the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on lowest price shipping method, and assume all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous states. If you select a different shipping method, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the continuous United States, your actual shipping may be higher.
