Shipping & Return Policy


Orders received prior to 12:00 PM CST (noon) will be processed that same day for shipping, regardless of the type of shipping (free, ground, next day, 2nd day, etc.).


We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to not meet our fraud policies. This includes but not limited to: address verification (AVS), card security code (CVV), and non-matching billing to and ship to addresses.

In some cases, orders could be subject to phone call verification with image of Driver License and Credit Card before processing.


We only ship to 48 contiguous states.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contacts us for the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are based on the size and weight of your shipment.

We do not ship to hotels if the credit card or email address is registered out of the United States. We also don’t accept order that is not originated in United States.

We do not offer international shipping.


We make every effort to ensure that the products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, damage can occur.

If the products are damaged during transit, please do the following:

  1. Take pictures of the boxes. It is best to have several from different angles and distances.
  2. Call us at 314-872-0912 or email: to provide your information.
  3. We will send you additional instructions by email.We will settle your claim within 5 business days. We either issue you a credit for the damages via your original payment method or send you the replacement.



All items are returnable within 14 days of when order is received. Returned items must be in original condition (unused, sealed, etc.). 

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund. We do not cover shipping costs if items are being returned. Unless there is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within five to ten business days from the day we receive your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
